Program Overview
Our Co-ed Lil' Laxers program introduces young athletes to the sport of Lacrosse. We look to help your child learn and define the true fundamentals and skills before going out and taking the field for tryouts! This program is offered year-round on Saturday mornings along with all of our other Lil' Athlete programs. Every Lil' Athlete session runs for 8 weeks and each class is one hour.For more information see the Lil’ Athletes Progression Chart Below:

Session Length: 8 weeks, 1 hour each week
Session Cost: $120 total
Each Lil' Athlete will be divided into 2 age groups for teaching purposes:
Fawns 4-5 years old Saturdays at 9:00 am
In the Fawns program, Your child will be introduced to the basic fundamentals of Lacrosse. Throughout the session, we hope your child is able to grasp the concept of throwing, catching, cradling, and ground balls. There are plenty of mini-games involved within these classes to help the kids in this age group learn and grow!
Moose 6-8 years old Saturdays at 10:00 am
In our Moose program, the little ones will not only be working on their fundamentals and teamwork, but will be learning the boundaries and the rules of the game.
Towards the ends of the session, we hope to have all participants comfortable with their fundamentals (cradling, passing, catching, ground balls).
Please have your Lil' Athlete wear comfortable clothes and bring a drink for water breaks!
**Refund Policy** NH Sportsplex does not offer refunds, (unless certain criteria are met) but does offer class credits to be used within the calendar year.
